"pi-manracing.net" was originally established to compile information on how to get started with high performance driving on a racetrack (High Performance Driver's Education or HPDE). The site will also contain pictures and video from various track events throughout the year.
I first got started on track in June of 2009 doing a couple of Hyperdrives at HyperFEST (Summit Point) and have been trying to get back to the track as often as I can ever since. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has an interest in cars. I have also made a number of new friends over the past year and continue to see many of them regularly at various events during my track weekends. Heading to the track has been a very enjoyable experience for me and I'd really like to help anyone else who is interested in becoming involved.
